i love the customer service, but i had a problem with an order, so when i went to go pick up a replacement, it was just as bad... as the 1st bowl, so i was picking out the xtra crispy pieces that fall off the popcorn chicken, there was a hair in the mashedpotatoes.... it went in the trash ???? I went inside to place an order the worker there asked if I was there for pickup or delivery and I said neither one can I just... order right here and she said of course with a nice enthusiastic smile so I ordered the number #8 I Believe,It was the chickenstrips,Fries coleslaw and a drink,My order was ready in less than 5 min I told her wow! You guys are quick!! I wish they wouldn't make your food too early. It's already cooked and on the warmer and stays there until you pick it up. So... go through the drive thru or inside to order they make it fresh then. If you order online you get old food. Read more
