Horrible customer service not going back . I got yelled at by the supervisor just because my little girls got water cups and... filled with water and lemon and she came out yelling to me saying that it for water only and cussed me out it was embarrassinghorrible service . She also started talking to her works about me and I don?t think that okay at all . Best team member andmangers but horrible supervisors in the kitchen area . I called in an order for a whole pizza at 1:38, they said it'll take 30mins so I give them 45 min, I showed up to pick it up at... 2:30 they said it'll be another 5mins, if it takes 1 hr to get 1 pizza whats the point of calling in advance? There's no dining in anymore due to Covid but you can still order foods and pick up to take out. We call in , order pizza then... pay at kiosk and pick it up. They offer many different things at the food court and it all looks so good. Read more
The kids are always excited to stop for a hot dog and a drink after a big shopping trip! Can't beat the price and always... delicious! The pizzas are a great deal and you can buy by the slice. Cheese is our favorite ???? Read more
Costco is tasty as heck. My college friends always wished the food court was open 24hrs like Jack in the Box ???? Costco took a... step back going with Pepsi instead of Coca Cola, then a terrible blow to the Original Patrons when they stopped serving thelegendary Polish Dog. The service is usually pretty quick during the week and on weekends for non-whole pizza orders, but on weekends especially... Sunday, expect to wait around 15 minutes for a pizza. You can always call ahead while your still in the warehouse or at home sothat by the time you get to the food court your order is ready. This food court is relatively small in comparison to others Ihave been to. Make sure to listen for your number when they call it out, otherwise they might give your pizza to someone elsewho ordered the same type. Read more
