I was in a few weeks ago and was appalled by the way the manager or owner had treated one of the girls working , she was doing... everything she could to help this lady customer who was being a complete KAREN to the employee and the guy just treated thisemployee so awful I?ve worked and managed restaurants I know how to properly manage and handle situations I will never go inagain due to the way this man handled and treated his employee these girls are young and just trying to work hard he shouldtreat them better he should be ashamed Read more
This is the first Cold Stone I have ever been to that doesn't mix the ingredients properly to get a bite of everything together.... I got the peanut butter cup perfection & it was like I was only eating chocolate ice cream. I questioned this and it wasre-made.I watched it made again and for the size I got they did not use 2 pb cups, enough pb or chocolate syrup. I got the cookie dough bits in my cookie dough ice cream. The ice cream was ok but the cookie dough was salty! Thought they were... soy sauce chunks. Im honestly not a big fan of the ice cream there. My gf loves it so I guess depends on the person. Customerservice is also decent, returning only cause it's my gf's favorite. Read more
My husband and I came in to celebrate good news with ice cream, which the employee made and tasted great. The three stars is... for the lack of cleanliness. One out of three tables were clean enough for us to sit at. All the chairs that didn't have plasticcovers on them are black from old stains. On our way out we noticed a dead bug by the front door. Even if there was only oneemployee working it wasn't busy and the tables and floors could have at least been cleaned. The manager should look into newchairs. Read more
My daughter and I came in today and Keziah was very polite and attentive and friendly..also busy she was the only one there. The... place is clean. There is seating for 13 people all together. There are 4 seats at 2 different tables and 2 seats at 1 table 3seats at another. There is a soda machine and a place for yummy ice cream cakes. The tables were clean..the bathroom toliet andsink look dingy green and really old but clean...and the mirror and door have Graffiti..The door can probably get that cleanedup it's carved in the mirror though???? The toliet paper was very minimal and in the toliet tank. You need a key to go in..forcustomers only. Over all delicious ice cream! August 21, 2022, I ordered a strawberry passion cake for my granddaughters 4th birthday online and paid for it. When I went to... pick it up they did not have one and substituted it with a cheesecake flavored cake. I can say it was well decorated anddelicious to me, but my 4 year old wanted strawberries.
