I come in to get my son food the manager Regina totally rude no smile no nothing they weren't even busy And she was rushing me... on everything did not wait For me to finish ordering Gave me attitude. I work with customer service and I'm actually reallyfriendly when I go out because I know what it takes to deal with different people But the way she treated me was sounacceptable. I asked for her name and asked if she was the manager and I'm literally writing this right outside of therestaurant so I hope she sees it and I hope she changed her attitude for further customers. The ladies here are really friendly. The atmosphere is very festive in the dining area. They have all of the cool Burger King... crown hats out for the kids. And the food taste like Burger King food. Which is one of my favorites. So I have nothing tocomplain about there. The bathroom had a very bad odor in the men's room. That could simply be because of the water quality. There's always something wrong w this Burger King when i come here. Both BKs in this city are trash. I came today trying to... order a deal from the app and they're not accepting codes ? They Deserve 0 Stars, I Manage A Burger King And This Store Should Be Closed. The Tables Were A Mess, Check Out The Pictures,... The Counter Next To The Register Were Disgusting, The Floor Was Dirty With Crumbs And Trash Under Tables, The Bathroom Had NoSoap In The Dispensers, The Worse For Me Was When She Put My Receipt On The Counter There Was A Bug On The Counter Inches FromMy Receipt And She Swiped At It And Said That The Bugs Are Everywhere, The Customer Service Wasn't Great Just SeemedUnprofessional. For Me Getting 2 Strawberry Ices And Onion Rings Took 12 Minutes But After That I Left And When I Got To My CarAnd Sipped My Strawberry Ices That I Got Less Than 5 Minutes Ago, It Was All Strawberry Syrup And So Melted That It Was JustCold With A Layer Of Ice On The Top Of The Juice. You have to hit this place on the right day. Most days they don't have product so they won't tell you but they'll make your food... without it being complete. Most of them are nice people, but there's definitely a manager there who needs lessons in customerservice. Honestly, I only go here because I have no other BK around me, and I don't want to drive around with these gas prices.More than once, I have ordered on-line so I can just go through the drive-through and pick up just to have them tell me "ohsorry we don't have that right now." I ordered this online. Is there not a way you could have reached out to me... 30 minutesago... before I arrived.... ugh Then trying to get your money back for items you ordered online is a nightmare.
