Barnes & Noble located in Merced, Ca. I was there to purchase a sweet bed time book for my Niece. I was never asked if I needed... assistance. I then go to the cashier to purchase a book I had found and when I got there, no one was at the register. I waited afew minutes, looking around for assistance and again no one in sight for help. SO I LEFT, leaving the book at the register. Iwill be turning to Amazon for now on for all book purchases. (this is not the first time this has happened at this locationspecifically). Read more
Katie was my cashier and so good at so good at her job! Nice and getting those spells like a mofo lol. Also the sweet Hispanic... lady in the cafe was incredibly nice! Their kids section was unbelievably clean and plenty of places to sit and read to ourlittles. I will definitely be back! Read more
