apparently, the lloby door is locked depending upon what color you are... I was not allowed in. Then, after you wait 45... minutes in drive through they tell you that you "could of gotten in" of you just "pushed the button" to be buzzed in ... whichis a lie . (and there is no sign stating that..) --- and also because I waited at that door and they did not answer untilsomeone came along (who was of a different color), and pushed the button which finally got the staffs attention... But yet STILLit was NOT THE STAFF that even bothered to let us in.. it was ANOTHER CUSTOMER that was inside that saw us standing there thatlet is in ... Two lane drive thru only, lobby was closed. Line moved quickly. Would've given 5 stars but they were out of the mocha frappe.... Incidentally, the caramel alternative was quite tasty! ???? Read more
Food and customer service was amazing and fast! The delivery truck should park out by tractor supply. It's parked long ways and... blocked vehicle from being able to leave. Very inconvenient Read more
Gave me a Raw burger they hair in my fries and my nuggets were uncooked and the lady was rude at the window
Seriously have an issue or have to wait 30 plus minutes every single time. This last time I placed a mobile order since the line... was to the street. Still had to wait 30 minutes for my food. They didn't bring my food so I had to get out the car and was aboutto go to the window. The worker was bringing someone else's order and I had to ask for mine. She brought it out 5 minutes laterwithout saying a word. Not a sorry for your wait , thank you.. nothing. I would call and complain to the store but they don'tlisten neither does corporate. Joke to waste your money here. Sad thing is we just wanted ice cream and sundaes. Read more
