The Mentor location has really gone down hill. I used to be able to call ahead and order my smoothies ahead of time. But tje... last three days they either don't answer the phone, or say that they can't do call ahead orders. We love pulp! The smoothies are always consistently great. Unfortunately if you hit a busy period you seem to have to wait... awhile. I wish there were a way to online order and pick up when we got there to help circumvent trying to stay in the littlelobby with everyone else waiting. Especially during weekend peak time! Read more
I've always had great service at this Pulp! Nice place to go for a quick healthy lunch. The smoothies and wraps are always... delicious and I love the variety of choices on the menu. Would definitely go here more often if it wasn't so pricey. Sit-inarea is also small. Would love to see more eco-friendly plastic/styrofoam-free packaging in the future. Read more
One of the best smoothie places I've been too!!!! Great for any kind of person, if your coming for a treat, Good. If your here... for a after-the-gym shake, protein packer shakes are the best! If your here to be on a strict diet, also good! No matter whatyour lines on eating food, this is the place to be. Also every smoothie tastes so good, they have never failed me. The workersare nice and respectful, the wait time is brief. Also this place does allow to customize smoothies completely or slightly editordered smoothies. I'd pick the smoothies here over ice-cream any day. (Some of the shakes have ice-cream). Read more
These people are rude, when we tried to find out why our order was taking over 20 minutes with other people being served that... came in after us, we were told ?don?t tell us how to do our job?. We complained on the company website twice with no response.We called and spoke to the ?manager? today 3/9 and were hung up on. We have been to many Pulp locations that have thefriendliest workers.
