Don?t bother ordering ahead to have it ready by the time you get there. Food was cold and I stood there staring at my already... made and paid for subs for 10 min before someone acknowledged me. If I could give them zero stars for customer service, I would. Read more

Food was good. Not sure what I personally did wrong though. Walked in, was not acknowledged, while everyone after me got a nice... warm greeting and asked dine in or take out. I was picking up an online to go order and after several people got their items, Ilooked and could see mine sitting getting cold. I then pointed out my order and got looked at like I was a big inconvenience. Read more

Stopped by the Location across from Walgreens in Mentor. Lovely New shop. No one was eating in. All the seating is hard, the... only padding is the backrests on some of the booths. I tried the Teriyaki Chicken sandwich with mushrooms and onions. Being aRookie at this restaurant I didn't know what to ask for if I wanted the veggies on it too, I needed to order it "East CoastStyle". The food and Service were average. It was nice they do their fries fresh. Their cost was slightly higher than theirusually visited competitors. I forgot my coupon from the local mailer and the cashier didn't offer to extend that discount eventhough I mentioned that's what brought me in. Everyone in my party said the food was okay but the competition was better. Thisis the new Penn Station on the east end of town so I will need to visit the more experienced one on the west end of Mentor andsee if their food and service is a little better. They got me full, but not enough Yum! Read more

Fries are pretty decent. Lemonade is decent. Had the club grilled and I was unsatisfied with the amount of meat and the narrow... bread. The sandwich costs $12.49. I am well aware prices everywhere are not what they should be, that being said I compared theprice of this sandwich to a competitor of the same kind and you get a bigger sandwich...length and width and more on thesandwich and their sandwich is $11.99. I am confused how that many people are satisfied with dinky, skinny, under filled sandwiches. This is not what I expected or find acceptable. Read more

Penn Station is probably my favorite chain sub place! I love the sandwiches, especially the cheese steak. The meet starts raw... and is cooked on flat top with the onios and mushrooms, then put in the bread and toasted with the cheese. So good. Building isnice and new. About 6 tables inside, didnt see any outside. Expect about 10 mins wait for sandwich as they cook it all freshwhen you order...but definitely worth the wait. Will be back many times. Read more
