I went there on a Friday about 5pm or so i went to go pick my nephew who is a few years old a happy meal i don't really get fast... food that much so i thought i pick him something up and i get my self something. I ended up getting a big mac if i could go backand tell my self not to do it i would. The big mac it tasted good and the fries great food was hot however after i ate it about3 hours later i started feeling weird and after i got home i ended up getting really bad food poisoning i was up every hourthrowing up all night i was up until 9am the next day and i normally have a really strong stomach but this was to much for me asi was down all weekend feeling the after effects so I'm not sure what was going on there or how clean the establishment is butplease McDonalds look into food safety and try to make sure its looked into. Sat in line 10+ mins non moving line because of ¿register? issues, so I wasn't able to get food this time . I haven't had a... decent McDonald's experience since 2019. Food is always cold, dried out, or funny tasting. Prices increase for decliningservice, less food and worse tasting product. (Also, the ignorance in understanding how double drive-through works with themajority of people astounds me.. stop cutting people off and learn how signs, lines of people waiting, and common sense work.) I am missing a small items from my order on several occasions. Apple slices or dipping sauce not in the Happy Meal, etc. The... last one really annoyed me. I ordered the oatmeal for breakfast and after I drove away, I realized that they didn?t give me aspoon. How am I supposed to eat it? PAY ATTENTION! It was eye opening. I visited the McDonald's on Andrews in Mentor on the Lake. Had not set foot inside a McDonald's in years.... This place has a very nice decor with a chill ambiance. The staff was professional, attentive and efficient. Entering thelobby, I was greeted with a welcome. When I left, someone piped up thank you for coming. Kiosk allows you to enter your orderand pay. Wasn't quite sure how to operate this to get the order I wanted so after stepping to the counter, a very pleasant youngwoman who I presumed to be a manager, took my order "old school" with no judgement. Had to wait 15 minutes for 4 mcdoubles and 4 mcchickens. Had to pull into a online ordering spot. Food was cold when brought out... and they forgot my drinks. After waiting 5 more minutes I go into the store and the kid that is supposed to be grabbing mydrinks is making an ice cream cup. Terrible staffing Read more
This location use to be amazing. Fries and nuggets were always fresh. Lately that hasn?t been the case and they are always... forgetting something. Ordered three , four piece chicken nuggets and only received two. Ordered a double cheeseburger no pickleextra onions and they still put pickle on it. Read more
