Hey everyone please do your best to boycott this chain of store because it's the only way they pull back the greed and... exploitation. Don?t bother wasting your money here. Not only will you get your order messed up, but you?ll also get a nasty attitude when you... ask for it to be fixed. If you?re looking to get Dunkin?, take the extra 10 minutes to go to the one on Lakeshore at Mentor onthe lake. Trust me, you?re better for it. I go to dunkin all the time I'm from Lakewood but often visit avon and mentor location by kohls all the time.. first time... visiting this one by mall and the LAST! first of its more expensive the even the west side and I didn't even get what Iordered.. I ordered via app and asked for med iced latte 6 caramel shots 6 sugar milk less ice .... I got more than half ice 3caramel shots and 6 sugar .... and they charged me ALOT extra to have the extra stuff which normally I'm not charged ridiculousamounts for... not to mention the munchkins are the world's smallest I've seen... I specifically order less ice because I haveextremely bad migraines and if I get alot of ice like that it gives me a horrible migraine because it's too cold... so i got tosip it sooo slow .. but because it was made wrong I gave to my friend it didn't taste right... I went to this location today for a $3 latte between 2-6pm, see attached photo. I was told that were not honoring that price... even though they have a sign advertising $3 lattes. C'mon, you have to honor that, but nope they wouldn't. I drove to anotherMentor location and and they charged me the $3 dollars that was on their signage without me having to ask.
