"America Runs on Dunkin" for sure at this location. Great service - friendly workers - great coffee and fresh treats. We... ordered at the drive thru...fast and convenient. Our coffees came with a smile from the cordial young man at the window. Thedonuts were very fresh and yummy. The avacado toast was delicious with a side of snakin bacon. So disappointed with this location lately. I have been going here for years but lately they have gone downhill. Today I got a... croissant sandwich and it had a full square of wax paper in it! I saw it right away, so how did the person making this not seeor care they cooked with wax paper? Also donuts are often a bit stale, they always overcook sandwiches, and they have tried tosend me on my way without my full order a number of times. I'll be driving the extra few minutes to the Mentor Ave locationfrom now on and hope for better service. Read more
