Great local spot for lunch! Love the atmosphere and the customer service was wonderful.
Web site would not accept coupon. Manager fluffed it off, nothing she could do! Sandwiches bland, bun is good. Seems over... priced. Recommend go to GFS and buy ready to eat meal. Cheaper and better. Read more
Ordered online, went to pick it up... Order wasn't complete, couldn't get anyone to come to chekout counter. Finally after... yelling out to get someone to the counter, I explained about my order... Girl said they were out of my choice and just grab adifferent bag of chips. Grab the two bags they owed me... The girls yells out... "Hey excuse me, you already have two bags inyour bag" I explain that I had ordered 4 bags. She said she wanted to see receipt. I showed her telling that I wasn't here torip off bags of chips @ $1.79 a bag. Which I had showed her when I went to the counter in the first place. Maybe to prevent thisthey call the customer and tell them they are out of items on order. As I walked away... She made comments about the problem. Idid nothing wrong. Ask for manager took him another 3-4 minutes to come out and said "what was the problem", he said I got mychip and to leave and have a nice day. Really? There was no reason to embarrass or try to humiliate me. Purhaps they don't needfor me to make $40 orders. There are other sandwich shops. Good way to go out of business. Read more
They came through for me many times when I've placed a late catering order and when I've needed LARGE quantities for events.... Fresh food + punctual delivery = a well feed happy group! Read more
On Friday August 12 at 2pm, I had a family reunion at my home. I called and a young man answered at DiBellas. I told him I... wanted to order 21 sandwiches. And get them in a few hours. He laughed and repeated my order so all there could hear it.. Allthose in the background laughed as well. He then he hung up on me. I called back and asked if he was refusing my order? Heagain hung up. So I took my business Elsewhere and spent 259$ on wraps etc. I?m sure the owner would not be happy. Barbara Read more
There are many submarine and sandwich shops all over the place. DiBella's does not disappoint. The fresh baked bread is... fantastic. Nice that they make their own. The meats are of a high quality and fresh as well. Don't forget to have Grandma'sCookies ???? to round out the meal. Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself! (~);} Read more
Subs good. Service not so good. First two visits both orders missing part of order. Follow up review: Owner contacted me... through email and was very kind. I went back to Dibella's and had a great experience dining in. Service was very good andpeople were efficient. There subs are bigger than most I've seen. Their small is plenty for a full meal. And yes, once againthe sub was VERY tasty. This location is very convenient for me and I will make this place my place for subs. ThanksDiBella's!!!!! Read more
