If you're looking for a spot to get breakfast Concord Family Restaurant is a must! I called before heading over to make sure... they were still serving breakfast, and they answered in a timely manner and were very pleasant over the phone. Walking in, I gotgreeted at the door by all staff with warm smiles. This is exactly what I needed after a rough day! The restaurant was nicelydecorated with Christmas stuff and very clean! Michele was my server and took great care of me. She was very attentive and kind.I ordered a veggie omelet with a few modifications, and it came out quickly, and it was the best breakfast I've had in a verylong time. I'm not from here, and I felt like I was at home with good company and great food. Thank you Michele for the GreatExperience! Also, the staff here looks like they have fun and celebrate each other. We have gone a couple times. The food is usually good, that's why we go back. Poor service, rude hostess. We showed up at around... 115. The hostess said are you eating the buffet, we said no. Very rudely she said we close at one. She went to seat us, she tookus to dirty tables. Then she took us to a both, it had food on the seat, and the table was half dirty. I didn't want to sayanything else. All the floors were dirty, food every where. I had to kick a grape out of my way. Carpet needs a cleaning.ourserver was rude.Three servers were eating at the counter. Our server was one of them. We needed refills, as our server sat downand ate. One server was eating touching her hair.finally we got our food. I ordered onion rings and I got fries. Again I don'twant to say anything.she was to worried about feeding herself to give good service. The owner saw these servers sitting downeating, and he had to see the dirty tables and floors.6 tables came in after us. So it wasn't like the servers really had timeto sit down.i have managed restaurants, no server would have been there at the counter sitting and eating, much less 3 of them.You wait until your shift is over or you eat in the back.oh then I was charged for the onion rings 189, but never got them. Ipointed it out to the host and someone else who was up there. Never said sorry, the more less didn't care. the server finallycame back to our table and dropped of the check. Didn't ask if we needed anything else, and didn't take away the dirty plates.only good thing was the food, and they were not able to get that right. I don't know if I will ever go back. Hot potato soup - not too salty and a chicken salad sandwich. All in all it hit the spot. The food was good, the service was... quick and professional. Needed a quick lunch but not fast food. I recommend this place for lunch. Read more

I called in an order to go for the ?mix it up appetizer basket? it?s supposed to have chicken tenders, stuff portabella... mushrooms, cheese sticks and potato skins. I am going by what is on website menu. What I got was chicken tenders and cheesesticks correct but I received onion rings and zucchini wedges. I was ok with zucchini wedges but I don?t like onion rings. Iwould not have ordered this bcuz if that. The girl asked me 3-4 times to repeat my order which was mix it up basket and Greeksalad. I didn?t arrive to restaurant for at least 20-25 min to wait another 20min. Asked for ranch dressing for appetizer andgot creamy Italian, I am assuming it was whit so it looked like it was ranch. I go there all of the time and usually give 5stars. Noticed a lot of changes and just want to say disappointed last few times I?ve ordered to go and decided to give a lowerscore. Service was pretty good. They could be a bit more attentive on cleanliness - the salt & pepper shakers needed wiped off & there... were crumbs on the seat, but the bathroom was clean. We went for breakfast & we were both very happy with our food, though itwasn't as hot as it should have been. The hashbrown were fantastic though. My husband and I love finding small quaint family restaurants that the locals frequent when we are on vacation. Our latest was a... little restaurant near Painesville, OH I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great service, huge portions, deliciousfood and you certainly get that down home feel. Food needs improvement for the price. Salad bar not filled, out of soups and many menu items. Meal comes with desert but they... are out of everything except chocolate pudding. Read more
