A very nice Mexican restaurant! My wife and I had lunch here. We had the "Street tacos, Mexican rice and refried beans $10 /ea.... They serve tortillas chips and salsa when you are seated. Perfect mix on the fountain coke also! Good value. Nice patio foroutdoor dining also.. Read more

The place is very nice decorated. The meat was well seasoned. Just like it is done in the Caribbean. Delicious!! Our waiter was... Leo (Cuba) very polite and my husband's name is also Leo. Yes, the three of us engaged in a conversation like if we knew eachother from ever. It was that easy and laid back of an environment. Was excited to see this place when I drove by. I sat at the bar, its a Wednesday night, it wasn't busy. Gentlemen next to me... that was there before me had to ask for chips since none were brought out, and they brought some to me as well. I ordered quesoto start after eating 1/2 of the chips, it came out cold. I figured that's just how they serve their cheese? I placed my orderfor Seafood Relleno, which was a huge mistake. My chips were gone, and I wasn't offered a refill. It was probably 45 minutesbefore my food finally came out, and that was also cold. (The guy next to me ordered food, he seemed to know her, and it was outin 5 minutes!). The rice was very cold as if pulled out of a fridge and brought up to room temp by just sitting out. The seafoodtaste was ok, but would have been a lot better if warm or hot. Then, the bill issue. I was handed the correct bill, but chargedsomeone else bill. When I said something, I got a very dirty look like I was wrong, she kelp looking at the bill. After a longwhile, she told me she owes me x amount. I said no, I need my bill, since a receipt of only alcohol can't be on a receipt that Ihave to turn it. So I wait again, and its finally fixed, and she said it was the person up front who screwed this up. But Iwatched her ring it in and also run my card, it was directly in front of me. If I ever return, and see her working, I will notstay and just leave. But a return is highly unlikely, due to her attitude and no concern for my very long wait time for thefood, and blaming her mistakes onto other employees that had nothing to do with her mistakes. When we 1st got to the restaurant. We were NOT greeted, the girl up front had an attitude. She quickly sat us down at the 1st... table by the main entrance. We felt like we just got shoved into a corner. The table was just used by a previous customer, thetip $$ was there, table was not cleaned. She walked away before I could ask for her to clean it or have us seat at anothertable. We basically had no waiter/waitress. When a waitress finally did come over. She was rushing us to order. She woulddisappear until we were about to walk to the front door for the check. Overall, it wasn't a great experience. I understand theywere busy. Server Luis was wondrous. He knew all about the menu and shared his knowledge with us. I had seafood enchiladas and they were... quite good. Those having carnitas and fajitas liked them. The guacamole was excellent but overpriced at $8.50 as were myenchiladas at $16.50. It's a nice looking place though not quite done yet. Lots of exterior construction. And, very oddly, themen's bathroom was extremely dark with urinal being out of order. Nice change but there are other places that are moreeconomical. Read more

We finally had the opportunity to stop in for lunch today. There was 4 of us and we all ordered something different. We also... ordered an appetizer, bacon wrapped cream cheese stuffed jalapenos, which were delicious!!! Our server Christian, was veryattentive and did a fine job. The restaurant was clean and had the smell of a new place albeit an older place. My only complaintwould be the drinking glasses. Having been in the restaurant industry for many years, I would say that the dishwasher needs tochange the water more often as the glasses had a cloudy look to them. I am still full almost 5 hrs later...and I have someleftovers for lunch tomorrow!! Will we be going back? That's a big hell yes from all 4 of us! Read more
