Update* After one really good experience they are now back to sub par service. Been back two times and both had long waits... because food is not ready. The person at drive thru is unpleasant and clearly doesn?t want to be there. Then last time they ranout of biscuits and thought they would just sub an extra cookie for a biscuit without asking or mentioning they were out. Shamethey have reverted back to the standards prior to my good review a few months ago. I?m reading these reviews and wondering ifthey completely changed staff again. The staff I encountered placing my order and at the drive thru window were wonderful. Theywere pleasant and quick. My order was ready right away and the food was fine. Incredibly slow service on Sunday 530 PM. No chicken had been cooked. Can't order inside! 6 cars were waiting on food in... parking lot for over 20 minutes. Staff were courteous. Seems bad management. Read more
Nope - don't do it. Drive a little further to get to the next KFC. Went through the drive-thru to order a 20pc tender bucket. ... Got home to find that not only were they hours old and dry, but there were only a dozen of those horrible (not)tenders. Calledthe restaurant to attempt to resolve and the phone just rings endlessly. What a joke of a restaurant.... they don't stay open to posted hours accept mobile order knowing they can't fulfill the order,... and unable to refund order. Don't waste your time or money Raising Canes is open and want your business Read more
I really hate people not doing there jobs. They gave us wrong flavors of pop didn't even fill it up all they way. My grandson... chicken sandwich was so dry. Little dab of mayo. I asked mash potatoe. Bowl got Mac cheese. Will not be returning. Read more
Seriously cannot believe what I saw happen this afternoon! You can only get drive thru or grubhub at this location. I was in... drive thru window watching kitchen pack orders as I was waiting on mine. When an employee dropped bucket of chicken on floor andpicked it up after it being on floor and proceeded to add rest of bucket after food was on floor. I talked with manager. Hisresponse was not very good. Employee owned up to what she did. But by time I talked to manager grubhub had left with the bucketof chicken. 6pm, nearly no one in drive thru line. got told we had to make an order online because they had no staff to take orders inside,... but you can?t become less lazy to punch in a password for 5 minutes? So went through drive thru, weren?t allowing people to pullup to the window until their food was done??? this location is pathetic. needs new ownership or a completely differentfranchise. straight trash. This is the fourth time in a row I have stopped at this KFC and not gotten what I've wanted. This time I tried for two different... beverages both of which they were out of. The employee actually asked me to back up in the Drive-Thru to reset their timer tomake it appear that their service was faster. Read more
