Chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes w gravy.
Very disappointed in this evening... my husband and I dined in and had pie and hot chocolate... we were celebrating our 2nd... wedding anniversary. We were sat at a dirty table with garbage and food on it. I had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Ourhot chocolate tasted like hot water. When. I said something to the staff I was told they are short staffed... listen sweet hearteveryone is short staffed there's no excuse for sitting us at a dirty tableand not cleaning It until I asked. This is one time Iactually debated on a dine and dash... I took the high road and paid however I will not be coming back to this establishment... Read more
Absolutely terrible experience. The waitress Never checked back with me I had to get-up-and-get other servers to get me... anything. They didn't bring out all of my food and this is the exact same experience I had 2 months prior. I was giving themanother chance and now I'm done. Read more
Such a disappointing experience... waited a bit for service which is understandable knowing they are very short staffed. Finally... got our order in, the server did not write anything down and seemed to be in a rush, so I was not able to fully complete myorder. Upon receiving my food, the egg was so rubbery and over cooked. I am usually not a picky eater but this really botheredme. I waited about 10 minutes, never got checked on. I waved down the manager who was very polite and got me new eggs, howeverby that time my whole meal was cold and did not taste well. Waited about 10 minutes after that to get a togo box and leave. Asmuch as we love Perkins, we will not be returning after this. Read more
Here for dinner on Mother?s Day. I had been in several times earlier that day to pick up Door Dash orders and they were getting... slammed. Staff was polite, helpful, and clearly overwhelmed as they were getting slammed. When we came for dinner later in theday there were still some of the same staff from earlier, more tired looking, but still with a smile and good service. Yes,service was slow, the food took longer than normal, and it was a bit chilly inside the restaurant. Add to that, some of thecustomers were less than pleasant. The staff kept on their smiles, they were still pleasant and I?m sure the restaurant was alittle chilly as earlier that day the place was packed and probably a little warm. I am sorry to say that this Perkins has taken a turn for the worse. On presentation alone, highly unimpressed...I received my... meal on a metal tray. This restaurant has been around for many, many years; it has an established atmosphere and culinary skillset that is expected when we go to any Perkinks- the biggest expectation being we are served food on dishes. Perkins is not ahipster burger joint, nor a food truck, nor the Dunn County Jail. Please, dispense with the metal trays, it is off putting andunappetizing. Read more
Food wouldve been great had they not forgotten about us. To top it off, I had to wait for the toast as they forgot and by time... they brought it, food was cold. Best part though is sign in front warning there's gonna be issues due to all new staff. I justhope they cook the food thoroughly if they're training these people. Read more
