I ordered online (from about 30 miles away) and was told the 4 pizzas, 2 desserts and 4 half liter sodas would be ready in 34... minutes. We got there almost exactly at that time and the store had only received the order 5 minutes before we got there. Wehad to wait and they were out of the root beer I had ordered. They said they could not refund the root beer because I hadordered online. This individual store was fine and did their best to expedite the order but Papa Murphy's online system needswork. It shouldn't have taken 25 minutes for them to get my order. We were on our way to another town and promised to bringsupper so everyone had to wait for us while the rest of the meal was all ready.
