Both ladies working tonight did an outstanding job. They were cleaning, taking orders and keeping busy. Awesome job... ladies!!! My food was absolutely delicious, one of the best omelets I've had in a long time. I usually make my stops acrossthe street at Loves, but will be coming here for food when stopping. First of all I wanted to say that the waitress was very friendly and polite! I had a hamburger and it was very juicy and the bun... was perfectly toasted. Toppings were also very crunchy and seemed very fresh! One of my family members had a different meal andwasn?t really pleased with the instant potatoes that came with the meal. He wished they were real potatoes instead. Also hewasn?t very pleased with the beef based gravy. That?s the only reason why this place lost one star. As OTR drivers, it's always a treat to find charming restaurants. After reading the reviews, I knew we had to try. Sadly, I... wasn't too impressed. It's currently 8:30pm, they close at 9pm. A couple tables were dirty, 3 or 4 pies were sitting out, behindthe counter, I duked it out with a fly or two during dinner.... We ended up getting a bunless burger w/sweet potato fries ($1extra) and husband got a bunless grilled chicken, w/sweet potato fries too... Chicken could have used mayo or mustard or bbqsauce, idk, something? I guess we could have asked, but the servers were busy and we just wanted to enjoy a hot meal..
