The last 5 orders I have made they had to call and say that they did not have something. They are all different items and one... day I felt like I was eating a crouton for bread. I have ordered there for 5 years and this is the very worse it has been. Itypically do not like complaining. To top it off one of these visits a blonde lady was screaming and swearing at someone behindthe counter. I just cannot believe what a shift this store has made. I hope someone reads this and really makes a change atthe store because it needs it. I brushed off the small things but when it comes to terrible service, bad inventory control andquality control as a very loyal customer something needs to be said. Also, the items that I ordered and doordash delivered Inever got a refund for the items not received after just looking at my bank statement. Read more
I was very impressed with the service from the friendly staff, my sandwich was made really quickly, and it tasted great, I also... appreciate the fact that it's not a very crowded place either. Very nice spot to eat at right by South Campus at UW-Stout. Read more
First time trying Erbert and Gerberts, I was unable to get my first choice sandwich because the Mac and cheese wasn?t ready.... However, the employees were all nice and the sandwich I did get (quatro) was great tasting and fresh. Can?t really complainabout anything without sounding like an a**hole. Fairly pleased and I?d consider the experience better than jimmy johns or othercompetitors. Which is why I wrote the review, jj?s service sucks, and I?m glad I tried something different. Read more
Every-time I call to make a order sense it won?t let us online cuz we?re ?out of range? (live right up the hill by it) they tell... us they can?t do delivery?like tonight.. don?t offer the option to others and choose when you feel like doing your job. Theemployee ( girl) asked another worker (man) if he wanted to deliver with me on the phone and he said no..with me on the phone..so you have someone and yet they are refusing to do there job. Absolutely terrible service today! First my sandwich I ordered doesn?t have any meat on it so I drive back to the restaurant and... calmly explain the situation. The lady laughs and tells me to pull up to the window. She then tells me she can give me meat toadd to the sandwich but can?t make me a new one?!?!?! Ridiculous! Side note if your going to be in a customer facing positionplease make sure you have front teeth. Read more
OMG first time there. It was so delicious. Tender beef. Filled full of ingredients. Awesome staff. Glad I stopped in. Oh... and their chips are simply crispy fresh tasting. Read more
Disclosure:. I stopped just because the name entertained me. I had a great visit. The Mac & Cheese barbeque sandwich was... pretty good, and the people working the counter were really nice. No one had issues with me working at a table for a few hours,which I appreciated. Plus, the name is just fun. Read more
The drive through was closed without any signs. I drove to the window, thinking the speaker wasn't working. I idled there for a... couple minutes, assuming they were busy, before a very unpleasant woman came to the window. First she started to yell at methrough the window, before finally opening it up to belch out, "the drive thru is closed". I wasn't there to argue that fact,but simply let her know there wasn't a sign so no one would know that. She informed me that there was one at one point and thatshe'd replace it before shutting the window without me being able to even say thank you or anything. I went around the buildingand went in. When I got inside she was rudely telling a customer that they would have to order a sandwich. I'm not really sureif they were confused about the menu or if they wanted to use the bathroom and she said they had to order first. I was soexcited that she was the person that took my order. She attempted to be more pleasant than she was at the window, she failed. Idid notice there were signs advertising for a new management position. I hope you find somebody quick.
