*EDIT: DANG IT!!! I really want to give this place a good review, because the food is tasty (see below) and the service is... usually speedy. That said, I've been there a handful of times now, and for some awkward reason it seems like I'm bothering theperson at the register or they can't get a simple order correct OR they somehow make it seem like my order is not wanted... INADDITION to screwing it up. Everything on the menu is really straightforward, so I'm not sure why or how I've consistently hadto correct a very simple order. Customer service training (along with a class on how to detach from a smartphone and activelylisten/pay attention, for longer than 7 seconds, for everybody there who deals with customers) would go a long way!
