The breakfast has really went downhill since they part with Einstein bagels. Every bakery item I get is stale and the sandwiches... are not good. It's disappointing. I do still enjoy the coffee. Read more
Unfortunately, this location tends to be off brand from a professionalism perspective. The staff are loud, having personal... conversations behind the counter that seemingly bleed through your headphones. I couldn?t imagine those topics would beappropriate if their manager were on site. Based on other Caribou Coffee location experiences I have had, this definitely fallsshort of the standard. There?s a newer location right down the road, head there if you?re looking to have a more predictableatmosphere. Read more
My husband and I go to Caribou every day. I absolutely LOVE everyone that works there! They are so friendly and you cannot beat... the customer service they provide. The coffee is pretty fabulous too. I would never go anywhere else. Read more
