I saw the drive through line was crazy long. Decided to park and walk inside to order for my family of 6. Before I even finished... filling up ou drinks our food was ready. When I walked back outside the truck we would have gotten behind of in the drivethrough line had still not even made it up to the order intercom. Inside was SUPER fast. But I guess the convince of not havingto leave your car and wait in the drivethrough is worth their time. Read more
Staff was awesome we traveled from 5 hours away and they let us into the lobby early so our family can eat. It was a total of 5... families. Food was made fast and was delicious. Lobby was very clean. Read more
I'd give 0 stars if possible. For the third time in a month this location has screwed up our order and yet again don't find out... until Im home. Asked for a PLAIN cheeseburger happy meal, and was given a bun with onions, ketchup, and pickles. The exactopposite of what I ordered. Can't get anyone at the location to answer the phone either to try and make this right. Read more
It doesn?t mater how much you spend what maters is who ever is taken your order gets it right, we ordered a happy meal we all... know that it comes with a soda , and also we ordered a strawberry milkshake we talked the manager so instead as a courtesy couldof given an apology and fix the problem, with an attitude she charged us $1.09 and still had to wait 10min. They were fairly quick, I'll give them that. Food was decent. But imagine putting fries in a happy meal upside down. Lol. Like... why? It doesn't even save the employee any time. All it does is make it more difficult for the child to get them out. Read more
So my son loves toy story and has tried getting a buzz lightyear toy in one of his happy meals. We?ve come 3 days in a row and... unfortunately wasn?t able to get one. My 5 year old went to the counter and asked the worker (Asian guy - I?m only assuming sohe gets the credit) if he could exchange the toy that came in his happy meal for buzz. The worker stopped what he was doing togo find buzz and delivered. I?m so grateful and happy that this worker made my son?s day! Thank you a million timesover???????? Read more
This location has gone down hill. This use to be my favorite one but I don't know if management recently changed or the crew has... or they are short staffed? But the last few times I've gotten food the fries have not met their golden standard rule. They havebeen soggy and oily, and it seems to be getting worse. Today's fries were simply not edible it should be a health violation toserve what I got today. Look at all the grease. I understand it's fried food but I've never seen this much oil before. Thislocation needs to do better or change management back to the way it was. I never had an issue before. Read more
Food is always great. My go to's are chicken nuggets and fries.???????? Service is always nice and fast. But..... Among all of... this chaos.......
