I made an online order. Order time was 6:51-6:56. I approached the store about 10 minutes after. I didn't see my name on the... portal. I could see an order that could have been mine. I asked if it was ready because my code wasn't working. I was told no. Iwaited in store for approx 30 more minutes and the order that I thought was mine was there in the portal the whole time. Ifinally asked again and another employee pointed out that the order I thought was mine was in fact mine. I asked the employeewhy they told me it wasn't ready when I asked earlier. She said it wasn't. But I had been standing in the store the entire time,and that order was sitting there all along. When I said I didn't want it anymore and asked for a refund I received a dirty look.She got her manager to do a refund. No apologies from employee or manager. The level of frustration and complication that this particular Little Caesars location... creates just to perform what should be a relatively simple and straightforward task- Have both cheese and pepperoni pizza readyin the warmer! I truly hope they read this! Here are the basic instructions for predicting a dinner rush... Ask yourself is itFriday? Did we make enough dough during the day? Did we fold enough boxes during the day? What were our sales for the last 5Fridays? The fact that I walked into confusion, pandemonium and chaos was only the beginning... I witnessed customer aftercustomer leave disgusted, after being told that the ever-allusive Hot-And-Ready would take 35-45 minutes because they wereexperiencing a, "surprise dinner rush!" Always horrible at the Menifee location. Hot and ready? Yeah right! They never answer their phone. They get the orders wrong... when I order online. And when I go in person they never have pizza. Rude, nasty lady at the counter. Watched her as she made the pizzas and cut them up then went over to the register, all with no... gloves and didn't wash her hands. Then she went back to cutting up and boxing a pizza. I walked out. Totally unsanitary. Read more

This location NEVER and I mean NEVER answers their phone. They have a bunch of kids who don?t care working there. If you order... online, don?t rely on showing up and having your order ready as they are very unorganized and constantly lose track of orders.The staff is always joking and are demeaning to their customers.
