The pizza was disgusting and the people who work here are rude. Took them an hour to make one pizza and then the lady kept... screaming to close their door. Really? You close it lady! Terrible! Read more
I made an online order. Order time was 6:51-6:56. I approached the store about 10 minutes after. I didn't see my name on the... portal. I could see an order that could have been mine. I asked if it was ready because my code wasn't working. I was told no. Iwaited in store for approx 30 more minutes and the order that I thought was mine was there in the portal the whole time. Ifinally asked again and another employee pointed out that the order I thought was mine was in fact mine. I asked the employeewhy they told me it wasn't ready when I asked earlier. She said it wasn't. But I had been standing in the store the entire time,and that order was sitting there all along. When I said I didn't want it anymore and asked for a refund I received a dirty look.She got her manager to do a refund. No apologies from employee or manager.
