If we could give 0 stars we would. 1 hour and 15 minutes TOTAL IN DRIVE THRU. This is us getting out of the car and waiting on... them to fix the order they messed up not once but twice. Never coming back to this place again. Worst part is when we told themwe are missing jalenpeno poppers they took 8 minutes to come back and tell us they are all out of that. They asked us if theycan replace it with anything else so I said okay a chicken sandwich and they said I would have to pay for it ? What a joke. Soyou take money for the jalenpeno poppers that you didn't provide and offered to replace it by buying a chicken sandwich. Makesno sense. Service is super slow. Don't waste your time here. Read more

I love this jack In the box all the workers are amazing I have came almost every week 1-2 times to get my lunch before or after... work and have never had a problem. Maybe the occasional they don?t accept card or something but always been a good well roundedgroup of people at this location. Read more

The only things taste OK are soda and BBQ sauce; the breakfast meal is overcooked and no flavor. However, the service attitudes... from a young lady cashier were nice and courteous but really slow. Read more
