Bought a salad, drove to my destination and discovered that they didn't give me a fork. I had to eat what I could with the knife... because I had an appointment to keep and I am diabetic. After my appointment I drove back to talk to someone about the issue andwas told "too bad". They refused to offer a refund or give me the number of the manager. Horrible customer service, extremelyslow in the drive thru and the food was not that good. They were even out of all diet sodas. I won't be back. Read more
Drive threw girl was rude and unhappy about something. My order was spicy chicken strips 3 count all three strips was super hard... and very dry. It was the worst drive threw order I ever received. Food was over fried or old, couldn't tell..... curly fries were rock solid, lettuce was wilted and soggy, and the kid/guy taking... the orders did NOT want to be there working at all. I ordered a chicken sandwich from this location and let me tell you? IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER!!! The service was amazing I... couldn?t help but notice how wonderful your guys worker KIM was! She gives service with a smile and not only that I told I waslooking for a new roping horse as she had just seen me walk in frustrated from and earlier failed appointment. She asked for mynumber then later had sent me a whole list of contacts from the breeders out there! With KIM and her amazing service I wouldn?tbe winning top dollars at the rodeos with my beautiful horse BELLE. BELLE is a red roan that is super well behaved and I am sograteful to have had the help from the wonderful KIM. I?ll make sure to take BELLE by the drive through soon. Read more

Very rude people working the drive thru. I was greeted and asked to order so I did and got no response then after saying... "hello?" A different employee came on seemingly agitated and asked if I was "ready or not". Then he continued to act annoyed.Maybe Management can be more selective with who they have speaking to customers? Or more selective during the hiring process.I've been in customer service for over 20 years and I understand some people just have bad days but rudeness or treatingcustomers like a burden is never okay!
