Great customer service. The food was nice and hot when i got home after pick up and the chef was amazing. I had the Peach... Cobbler Chicken and waffles and let me say it was to die for. The best I've ever had. I would definitely recommend it. I will beback for more of Chef KT'S cuisine. Read more

Wow! If I say delicious, that still would be an understatement. Got the cajun mac w/chicken strips, and the strawberry n creme... for dessert. I must say there's no disappointment here from the hubby and I. Chef Keion knocked it out of the ball park, you canactually taste the soul n love in the food. This has to be the HOME of mac and cheese around this area. Crawfish and shrimp in the mac?! Amazing! The chicken was cooked... perfect as well. Not to much, not to little on the spice and that's the key to great fried chicken. Cant wait to see what I trynext from this place. Read more
A few nights ago we picked up a wonderful dinner from EAT 310 Cajun, carefully packed and prepared by Chef Keion. We ordered... Pinkie Shrimp Etoufee, seasoned perfectly with just the right balance of flavor and heat and loaded with tender, jumbo shrimp.Never tasted better! Additionally we tried the Shrimp Po Boy... great choice! Husband loved every bite , penty of crunchyShrimp arranged on a bed of lettuce with tomato on a French Roll moistened with cajun aioli. Completing our order, were threelarge, flavorable, crab cakes on a bed of greens then topped with a delicious mango relish! Chef Keion, a veteran, in addditionto being a talented Chef, was also very personable and deserves much success ! We'll be ordering again soon, the Mac andCheese is very tempting!
