Horrible service and breakfast ???? sandwich was cold. No prices for donuts inside the store. More people working then patrons. ... Never again..go to McDonald's next door or Krispy Creme 1 block East! Read more
Worst service ever! Waited 40 minutes for my food. Then another 10 minutes just to get a refund because I was tired of waiting.... Don't waste your time at this place. I blame the owner or manager that was on site for the poor training of his employees. Thisis not how you run a franchise. Read more
They are off and out of many donuts when I go there late in the afternoon or in the evening. Their service is normally slow.... And they don?t normally have any French crueler donuts. But I like & recommend their Coffee Roll. So I recommend them. Read more
I love Dunkin. But for the past year I have steered clear from this place for the fact that the quality has gone down, and they... are extremely slow. Free coffee Wednesdays are back so I decided to give it a go today and it was the worst experience ever. 30minute wait time in the drive-thru. When i finally got to the window the person that gave me my order handed me my "hot" fooditems (which I could tell they've been sitting there for a bit) but I didn't say anything as I just wanted to get out of therebut she handed me someone else's drink, and then forgot to give me the rest of my order (donuts). I get home and the bacon in mywrap is totally undercooked if cooked at all. I'm so disappointed ???? I don't understand how they can't seem to get ittogether. Read more
The store was soo clean, nice staff and much seating areas. It was great to check out after driving by it soo many times.
