Wow.... When I first walked in, the vibe was not there. I said hello and so did my dad and the 2 workers didnt even say hello... back AND it looked like none of them wanted to work there, which i found that rude. My dad also tried to make small talk withanother worker and he didnt acknowledge him just flat out ignored him.... Overall a horrible experience. Sad. This was our go to for our ice cream cravings. If you want to be dissatisfied and enjoy wasting your time by all means... continue giving this location business. However, it will take more than just better service and adequate inventory to turn thislocations poor customer satisfaction rating around. Do better, because you know better. Read more

We were greeted politely by a male teenager. After taking our order he proceeded to scoop out the ice cream without wearing... gloves and allowing the long sleeve of his shirt to slid along the inside of the ice cream container. When he finished he reachout with his ice cream dripping hand for our money to pay for the ice cream. I asked to speak to the manager who was in back ofthe counter with 3 other employees talking. I expressed my complaint regarding the behavior of the employee the managerapologized, however the lack of hygiene and employee training was terrible needed to be noted. Read more

I had ordered an online cake and it was perfect. Also, when I had went to pick it up I got a large cappuccino blast. Let me say,... it was the best cappuccino blast ever. The cake decorator was very nice and the employee helping me out was very kind. 10/10! Read more

I took my daughter in today to get a creature creations (unicorn). When scooping the ice cream none of the employees had gloves... on, the employee had a hard time scooping the ice cream so my daughter got very little with the left over of the side of thetube, and when at the very end dumped a lot of sprinkles to cover the ice cream. It was no where near what it was supposed tolook like. Read more
