Great service from CJ and really delicious pizza. I forgot to specify vegan cheese on one pizza. Not only did he cheerfully... remake it, but entertained our son with a Swedish Fish topped pizza (declared ?best pizza ever? by my son - pictured here). The owners son works at night and can't be fired according to management so don't ever expect good service at night ever. The... day manager is aware and told me he cannot for the owners son. Literally the worst employees I have ever seen. Rude managers whorefuse to uphold company policy. Low quality food, celebrity drivers don't even out pizza in pizza bags to keep food warm. I placed an order with Toppers on Grand Ave 5/21/22. That was the last time I will ever order from them again. Because of... miscommunication with the delivery driver. After waiting 2 hours for our food I called the store to find out what was going on,the store manager told me the driver called me and couldn't get in touch with me. So she left our food outside. I did not have amissed call or text on my phone I was confused. I went to the front door to find our food setting on the ground cold. when Iopened the box there were ants crawling all over the food. I did call and demand to speak with the general manager, all I wantis my refund. The delivery driver should have taken our order back to the store instead of setting it on the ground. Ordered the vegan cheese bread from this location through DoorDash. Previously, DoorDash went through a different location and... their cheesy bread at that location was amazing! This was barely edible. Most of it was this dry, rough, almost like burnt pizzacrust but it tasted awful. A tiny portion actually had anything on it, and whatever they used under the cheese was too thick andtasted off. I tried to consume bits and pieces of this, but I?m nauseated after trying to eat this. Spent $30 to get thisthrough DoorDash. Such a disappointment. As a foreigner, I was not a pizza person till I got my first pick up pizza at this place, they ABSOLUTELY put their hearts into... every single pie out of their oven. Place fell off after COVID. Thought I'd give this place another chance after last time where my order never came (was refunded... thankfully). This time around the topper stix felt extra chewy, thought it was more cheese. Nope the dough was raw under theingredients. Read more
