We tried this place today after finding out it while exploring the area for breakfast options. We didn't have reservations... (recommended) but they fit us in. I had the veggie power bowl and it was both delicious and filling. My partner opted for theBLTA (BLT with avocado) and was also happy with his selection. Even though they were busy the service was excellent. It can benoisy, as the decor doesn't absorb sound but just lets it bounce around. I know all about the other three tables in the backroom, so do keep that in mind if you want a private conversation but we will be back. We are hoping that the weather will allowthe patio to be an option as that looks to be lovely. Read more

Grilled portobello mushroom is a dish full of flavor -- simply the best I have had. Genius blend of beets and blue cheese, too.... Don't miss it! Classy, crisp, contemporary ambience and exceptional staff. Great cocktails. Cheese curds are top notch! Pricesare reasonable. First time visit upon recommendation from friends. Made a reservation for 7:30A but found a note on the door explaining that the... restaurant was closed until 9:00A for renovations. However, the manager met us at the door and explained that she had learned ofthe closing the night before and that she could seat us and serve us if we didn't mind a little noise because her staff was allthere anyway. We accepted her offer when our entire party of 5 arrived. I ordered the Mexican Hash with the homemade biscuit.The food was really good and the bicuit soft and rich. The breakfast was a belated birthday celebration for my wife and we weretreated to a large slice of raspberry and chocolate cake. Our host also gave us a discount for the misunderstanding! That wasoutstanding hospitality. I rate the whole experience as well as my dish a 5/5. Will definitely return. Read more
Had a great experience and a great server. I would classify this is kind of like a high class diner? I say that because they... serve breakfast until 3 and have soups and sandwiches like their crispy chicken which I had (it was fabulous with pickles andtheir sauce on it). We came for dinner, the Price is reasonable, nice drinks list with options for beer, wine, mix drinks, and scotch/whiskey. Menu... had my 2 favorite appetizers, cheese curds and calamari. We chose the steak, and pan fried walleye. The steak was good and thewalleye was fresh, if not a little bland, as were the potatoe sides. The decor was modern with comfortable seating. However itwas a bit loud for my liking with only a handful of guests at the time. The downside of modern design and tiled floors it endsup prone to echoes unfortunately. Open spacious atmosphere. Great breakfasts. The owner was very friendly. Outdoor seating on patio. Good Bloody Marys and beer... selection as well as cocktail menu. This place is an affordable upscale version of any diner. The food is good, but nothing crazy. The service is hands off, unless... you're really needing it. The location is right off major highways, which is a win for commuters. I'd stop back if I livedaround here. Read more
