Tonight I walked in to the highland park location to order dinner, wile I was looking at the menu one of the... employees Approached me and said thay couldn't take any orders, becouse the system was down, thay should have had a sign on thedoor saying thay were closing early. Read more
I was disappointed, instead of noodles, I was served a huge type of spiral pasta. Nothing but starch overload. The pesto was... good. I thought I would get a reasonably sized noodle. Read more
I take the grandchildren here for lunch. They really like the kid's meals with the buttered noodles, applesauce packet, and... rice krispy treat. They can choose white or chocolate milk as well, or juice. The space is comfortable, cool, and clean, andwe have a nice time. It seems healthier than fast food. Read more
First time visitor so played it safe and tried the spaghetti. It was ok. The ratio of meatballs to pasta was high, but the ratio... of sauce to pasta was low. I'd probably visit this place again but spaghetti is too easy to make better at home for a 5th thecost. Read more
Fiance and I both got Japanese pan noodles, she got parmesan crusted chicken with hers. There were portobello mushrooms instead... of shitake in both of ours and her chicken was didn't even get its parmesan crusting, looks like they just slapped a chickenbreast on the flat top for a while. Finally hers also had a hair in it. Obviously no one cares in the kitchen, won't be comingback. Read more
Disappointing experience for the first time. Ordered my order online and I request silverware since I was on lunch from work and... wanted to eat it in my car. Turns out that I didn?t get any silverware to eat with AND in my salad, there was a bug in it. Onlyreason why there?s a silverware in the picture is because I had to drive back to my work and grab one. I?m being generous witha 2 star instead of a 1 because my Penne pasta was the only thing that was great out of this. Read more
Wow - customer service sure has degraded in the past couple years. The workers didn't greet me, just said "What do you want?" I... really got the feeling that they didn't want me there, and I dealt with 2 workers. Then after I order and get my sub-par foodthey are all laughing and chummy behind the counter. Read more
