We found the omelet and pancakes to be very good. Not anything fancy but just what you?d hope for from a diner. The staff was... nice. The place is a little culturally old-fashioned/Christian, but a good neighborhood spot if you need a standard diner meal. We?d go back here. The baked goods?cinnamon rolls, scones, etc.?looked really good in the pastry case up front but we were toofull to get anything else. I?ll be back for just a coffee and roll. Read more

Best breakfast in the neighborhood. The mural is really beautiful, and in the last couple of years they've made a much better... flow into the entry space. Since the pandemic I've only ordered pickup but the breakfast is the same great quality. I love theirhashbrowns and they also make amazing French toast. Definitely a favorite! Read more

The Highland Cafe & Bakery is a wonderful local cafe with great food and drinks! I came here just to find a place to eat and... rest while I waited for a friend, and was so pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service I received as well as the fantasticChai+Matcha drink (I didn't even know that was a thing!)? Definitely stop by here if you are in the area. ???? Read more

Their default tips start at 20%(good) and go up from there... feels greedy. I enjoyed breakfast here and service was great. I... just don't think that should equate to the suggestion of a 30% surcharge on my bill... not a fan of this, food was average. Read more

A fantastic little local joint that recently opened. New restaurant smell. Clean, open atmosphere, baked goods in a case near... the front door. The french fries are top notch. Your eyes might pass quickly over the turkey melt on the menu, but don't. It'sdelicious. Don't quote me but everything here looks handmade, making this a nice option to all the franchise food in this area. Read more

Cozy, quiet neighborhood cafe. They offer a beautiful selection of baked goods, classic breakfast, lunch and dinner selections... and even a wine and craft beer list. The server who helped me was so attentive and kind! The location is spacious and they havea couple of areas with games and books for kiddos. Read more
