How does this location even still exist? Absolutely terrible. I placed an online order at 10:30 AM this morning, got there at... 10:55 am (10 min after they open) and all the doors were locked with a sign on the door that said "Online Only". Aftereventually entering, there was only one person actually working. There was another employee sitting down eating, anotheremployee just walking around, another employee bagging up chips at the register (filling about 2 bags a minute to give you aperspective), and the manager (I assume) who popped up front for maybe 3 seconds before disappearing again to the back. I stoodthere waiting for my order for 20 minutes (until 11:15ish) and then just left. They had close to an hour to prepare my order andsomehow completely failed this task. This location either needs to be bulldozed over or they need to fire every one there,close for a week, and start completely over with a new team and manager. And whoever is the manager & district manager here, Ihope you are reading this because you need to find a new job as soon as possible. Probably not in a management position. Forthe corporate side, I have been an investor in your company for many years but as of today I have made the decision tocompletely sell off all of my stock in your company. And before I get a "response from the owner", please don't waste your timeto copy and paste a generic response about how you are sorry. It will do no good. You've already lost me, so instead how aboutyou reach out to the actual people working in your company as they are the problems your need to fix. Read more

Horrible. Understaffed, should not be open at full capacity. Completed online order as suggested, additional 30 minute wait... after calculated order time. 5 pieces of steak, no corn. Flooded with hard clumpy white rice. Boycotting chipotle now. Wish Icould give a 0 star rating. Read more

This place is awful. They are always out of ingredients. They ran out of white rice today and when I asked for it the employee... scooped the last handful of white rice from a container. I get home and the rice is hard as a rock. Since the rice was the baseof the burrito bowl I ordered, the whole thing was unpleasant to eat. I would?ve rather had no rice than the small amount ofcrunchy rice they gave me lol. They are also 9 times out of 10 out of the salad dressing and the fajita veggies. It?s also not avery clean counter space. I never remember Chipotle looking so gross before I started coming to this location. As someone whohas worked in food service in the past, I can?t imagine leaving work spaces so disgusting. Read more

First? online order only. Second? as you can see the portions were absolutely horrendous Probably finished the bowl with like... 15 scoops of my fork. This literally is my first review I?ve ever written before. ???? but this is just ridiculous. Find anyother chipotle trust me, way better service for sure! Read more

where to start with this place. 1) started by being 15-20 deep in line that was not moving very fast. 25 min to get 1 way from... placing an order. a huge order (16 meals) comes up- I understand that its a busy place and the HELP is hard to get now days. soI waited- the girl ahead of me said she has been waiting 30 min already and now she has to wait for 16 orders and walked off- sonow I'm in the frontline. so- at this time we are at the bottom of the barrel for black beans- but that didn't stop her frommoving forward as the line is now out the door. my burrito is now ready after the brown rice, last of the black bean andmeat....oh we still have 6 more ahead to be finished with flies flying around all of it. My turn- simple hot, sour cream,cheese,lettuce and guacamole.....oh wait no guacamole. whatever that fine. did i mention the handwritten signs "ALL EXTRAS IS EXTRA$$$" 3 signs on the glass. ok my burrito is wrapped and saved from the flies. the girl running the cash machine is covering herface, running hands in hair and take a time out to bring up the online order to a board....as I'm watching this she is lickingher finger each time she puts up a ticket. this moment I thought- I have not paid I should leave....but at this point I have45min into my 30min lunch. This was the worse place I have been too and I would skip it if you are in Highland. I think the girlin the back just watching all this go down was a manager (very cute) and she was hanging with a gut that looked like he couldrock it out- but he had a full goatee that couldn't be contained. Sadly not worth it, skip and hit up another location. Chipotle seems to have struggled to come back from the pandemic with... online ordering specifically. This location never has pickup orders ready on time. In fact you're likely to spend 20-45 minutesstanding and waiting for your order. Who wants to plan an hour around their chipotle visit...I just feel like after this longmanagement should've been able to do something to improve this location's operations. Tonight it was faster to chat withchipotle support online and get a refund than it was to get any information from an in-store employee. Read more

I have no idea what management is trying to do but I'd be convinced if the goal for this Chipotle location is to deter... customers. Every time I pass by this store or try to get something from here, they're often slammed and don't have enoughpersonel. It's sad, I know that chipotle can be better than this, but it's almost as if the higher ups aren't giving enoughattention to this store and the demand it has. Hopefully they'll read this post and understand that customers are just tired ofthis level of service. This is below the minimum standard. Read more

The food was good, but the wait time was much longer than expected. Mobile orders shouldn?t take longer than ones that are... ordered in store. I showed up to pick up our orders at the quoted time. It wasn?t ready and multiple groups were in and out withtheir food who ordered in store. The line of people kept growing for online orders and I received my food 20 minutes after thepickup time. If you are going to this location, I recommend just ordering in store and not through the mobile app! Read more
