Really lovely place to have a quiet lunch on the patio, pups ???? allowed. Nice Octoberfest home brew, balanced and light, not... too hoppy. Delicious and tender Nashville style fried chicken sandwich with crunchy frites both very good. Excellent housesalad with gorgeous greens and outstanding haha me made ranch dressing. Recommended if you’re in the area. They even had aplain hamburger patty for $5 and dog bowls for thirsty pals. Read more
I consider that the water to the climate is not so refreshing in summer. I ordered a Rose wine, very good, the service was very... good, the food had 2 nuances. My dish is very rich, fresh and recommended, but the fries in the sandwiches and hamburgers arevery bad. It was noticeable over cooking, bad appearance and without crispness, they did not feel like eating. They couldoffer a courtesy while they prepare the food because if it was delayed. I'd say this place is above average and not super pricey given the neighborhood demographic which is not the most affluent.... Definitely a classy joint with some interesting turns on average American dishes, including lots of waffles. Service was fastand cordial. Some very cool twists on cocktails as well, including the tasty beer and espresso combo. Falafel burger was prettygood even though the fries were pretty mediocre. A-Side Public House is a lovely neighborhood restaurant that exudes a fresh and welcoming vibe. The food they deliver is... flavorful made with high quality ingredients you can taste. My husband and I shared the curry vegetable dumplings (amazing), thebeet and watercress salad with grapefruit (amazing), and the falafel burger with fries (perfect falafel) and washed it all downwith two refreshingly smooth beers. We've been meaning to try this place out for sometime now. It didn't disappoint. Our server was great. She was attentive and... made sure our order got in before a large table she had, so we wouldn't have to wait. We ordered the A-Side Burger and it wasluscious, messy, and good. The mussels were delicious too with all the chopped garlic and capers. The chicken wings were small,but the amount you get isn't bad and they were tasty. There are other things we'd like to try, but we'll save them for nexttime. And since every neighborhood needs some kind of human "watering hole" (even though I don't drink), this is a good additionto the neighborly watering holes in St. Paul. Read more

The owners and their team did an amazing job renovation the old fire station. The atmosphere is beautiful. The plants, the... layout, the garage doors that open in the warm months. I love coming here for date night with my husband. We both love themussels. I've tried about half the menu and I've yet to have something I don't like. The coffee is also great! The lavenderlatte is my favorite! It get's busy, so expect that when you stop in. Read more
Whoa! Had brunch with my sister here, and we split the Biscuits & Gravy with extra scrambled eggs and Shirred Eggs. Both were... Amazing! Finished them and was perfectly full. I also ordered the Thai Basil Bloody and she had the Warm and Fuzzy tea, whichwere also really well done. I love going out to eat and being this pleasantly surprised with how much love and care they put inthe food. Can’t wait to come back. Double IPA was great as well. Read more
