It is our tradition to get a family pack at Tom's every Wednesday after swimming lessons. We used to go to the Tom's on Calumet... but tried this location a few times and liked the burgers more. Swimming lessons end at 740 so we always rush to get therebefore closing, arriving 5-10 minutes before 8. Today we arrived about 10 minutes before 8 and waited in line behind someonewith a large order. Get to to the window and are told by a gentlemen he will be right with us.. Only to come back many minuteslater at 759 and tell us the burger machine is off and they only have ice cream (clearly a lie because the man in front of ushad not received their order yet). It was very disappointing especially because it's something we look forward to each week. Read more

I love Tom's, worked for Tom's, and continue to be a loyal customer. This location is the exception for me. A few weeks ago I... ordered one sandwich, and after waiting for 10+ minutes, I was asked to pull ahead. Literally immediately, someone came out withmy sandwich. It had been made incorrectly. When I asked for the slice of tomato that I had paid extra for, the staff seemed veryconfused about the fact that didn't want to give my sandwich back. I only wanted the slice of tomato that I had been chargedfor. The frontline staff went behind the counter and came back with a slice way too quickly for me to think they had washedtheir hands. I was disgusted and did not eat the tomato. For the time being, I'll go out of my way to visit a different Tom's. Read more
I went through the drive through waited at least 10 minutes to order fine ordered my food waited 5 minutes at pick up window... only to be told to wait at number 1 pickup lane. Then waited another 15 minutes had to go inside to get my order they didn'tknow what I was talking about someone in back finally gave me my order never will I go there again very upset customer Read more
It was refreshing to go into a local fast food restaurant today and get amazing service from the workers. The young man who... took our order was polite and friendly and thanked us for our business. This is not the standard of service that we have cometo experience today from most other locations, where I rarely even get a smile let alone a thank you. Best burgers around for a great price. Excellent fish fry on Friday?s too! It?s a casual dining room and a fast food atmosphere... but this food tastes much better quality and other places. Betsy is the manager and she keeps this place very nice. She has ayoung crew working there and the customer service is exceptional. Accurate food and delicious. The ice cream is super good. Oneof my favorite places to get a peanut butter fudge shake. Read more
