Not the worst pizza in town, but every time I order something, my order gets messed up. For instance, every time that I order a... personal pan with a soda, which I am picking up for someone else not for myself, they always forget to put the soda in the bagand I never remember to ask for it so I always have to go back. In the past I have had mixed emotions about Mena Pizza Hut but tonight topped the cake. I placed an order using a deal they had... on the app. A few minutes later i received a call from pizza hut stating they were out of cheese sticks and breadsticks. The guyI was talking to was persistent about them being out of both breadsticks and cheese sticks. He began listing off differentoptions to substitute the cheese sticks. I finally chose one and when he read me off the new total it had TRIPLED. I informedhim that i would not be paying triple for a deal that they had. He stated he would call me back after he speaks to his manager.At around 10:45 pm the delivery driver shows up, even though I had yet to receive a call back, and informed me that I owedanother $20 on top of what I had already paid for my order. I showed the driver the receipt to which he agreed I didnt oweanything and handed me the food. After ALL THAT there are cheese sticks with my food and both pizzas were wrong. Always seem to mess up orders whether online or via phone, after 3 times in a row over the last year am done supporting them.... Pizza's are fast-food quality so hard to be a judge that. It's essentially like Lil Caesars but pricier and worst tasting. Lowquality ingredients, large pizza's are others mediums and yeah, just way too pricey when you can go to places like Eureka Pizzain Ft. Smith and pay 3-4 USD less for bigger pizza's and way better ingredients. Hope this place goes under so a better pizzeriacan move in tbh. Read more
Update: recently got a meat lovers, skimpy joke, no sauce, nothing like pizza hut all over the country used to be $17 before... taxes for a pizza with less on it than WalMart pizza, shameful. Original: Management refuses to honor most nationwide deals orrecipes. Even when buffet was offered, no salads delivered... Years of poor options. Often several mistakes per order. I mean weordered here several times a year and finally quit started picking up Simple S close by... Better prices and better pizza. Otherlocals I know have literally cursed out loud in public over how much they hate management here. It's very generic... Not evengluten free options. Very disappointed in the pizza we received via delivery. Neither pizza was hot, was over cooked to the point the veggies,... pepperoni, and cheese were hard and dry. The crust was hard, the cheese and sauce skimpy. Not a good experience. ?? Read more
