Only received 5 boneless wings in 1 of my 8pc Zax Meals and the other meal had 6. Ordered the food online, but only to arrive... and the food was not ready, after I was given an 11min ETA through the app. We ended up waiting 25mins after the fact. Was notgiven any condiments ???? that was clearly asked for (AGAIN THROUGH THE APP)!! Its not the app fault but the attention todetail, the compassionate gratitude for the customer, and SOS(Speed Of Service). The food was great but tonight was the very 1st time I've actually tried zaxbys and two of the young ladies were very... unprofessional and rude. Blonde braids and red or orange locs with glasses. They both need to be retrained on how to speak tocustomers. Or just don't hire teenagers. Read more

The inside was slow yet the employees were standing around talking so much that the girl in the kitchen that fixed my food came... to the front and bagged my food and gave it to me. I tipped her $5 for her great service. Read more

The best tasting wings for a commercial chicken restaurant chain here in the Tennessee area. They have many different sauces, my... favorite sauce is called Wimpy which is not spicy at all. Amongst other items on the menu, the salads are generous and havegrilled or fried sliced chicken, cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, shredded cheese, bacon pieces, eggs, fried onion pieces it justdepends on which salad you choose. Food is good, of course, but the drive thru is absolutely slow. Only 1 car at the window and a line of cars up to the ordering... window. If the food wasn't so good, this could easily be a 1 star rating. Read more

Usually I eat local but every now and again i yearn for Zaxbys chicken finger plate... but today I saw the TLC FILET Sandwich on... the menu. The line was wrapped around the building but as usual the Zax crew moved the line on through (that's what the 2 starsare for) ...anyway my partner had Zensation salad and it was ok... but that sandwich was a NO! The meat was the size of awendy's chicken nugget... I don't pay Zax price for the Wendy's size... plus it wasn't hot... the chicken was rubbery like ithad been sitting under a heat lamp or even put in a microwave. I was hungry so we had to ditch the zax sandwich and I went topopeyes for their new chicken sandwich and it was delish ... gave the zax filet to my yorkie poo... she enjoyed it...I, on theother hand, DID NOT!
