I?m a fan of Zaxby?s finger plate, particularly because of the signature Zaxby?s dipping sauce. Stopped by this location at... 8:50pm on Sunday and ordered 2 finger plates *with Zaxby?s sauce?, and two large diet cokes. She confirmed the Zaxby?s sauce formy order at the drive thru order station. Guess what I didn?t get- any sauce at all. Just ketchup. And the cokes tasted likesoda water - not enough syrup in the fountain mixture. Looks like the store was closing and they were rushing to serve as manyas they could. Ordered nuclear-dipped strips, but got plain. The fries on both orders were also cold and stale. The sandwich was soggy and... cold... This order was placed at 8:28p, and this location is listed online as "open until 11p" (delivery app 9:30p) ; I couldsee this happening if I ordered 30mins before closing, but that wasn't the case. ???????????????????????????????? I went through the drive through which took forever. I ordered the 6 finger plate and I asked for another dipping sauce they... said it cost 25 cents per dipping sauce. Who the has a shortage on eggs. I asked for an extra egg they told me I couldn't purchase one. Then they pulled us for a salad.... It's about 7 cars pulled. I don't understand this business anymore. Zaxby's always wants me to pull up at the drive thru after I pay. They want me pull up, but check this... they got mad and... refused service. Told me to get a refund because I didn't want to pull around. I was informed that Zaxby's policy is to pullyou around when food isn't ready.
