I?m totally a foodie! First and last visit here! Where should I begin? I started with the shrimp ???? and grits more like shrimp... and grease! Take a close look at the picture literally floating in grease! Zero flavor! Sent it back? ordered the half chickenwith potatoes and turnip greens. The food wasn?t even hot? the chicken looked raw?half cooked, turnip greens were not hot andwere dry, never had dry greens! Even the potatoes were cold. I ordered two margaritas and they we?re probably the best thingabout this place. The table we were seated at had an issue with gnats apparently they wanted to eat too. The most disgustingthing was being served my food with dirty obviously used dinnerware. Never ever going back to this place! For this restaurantto only have about 6 patrons at the time of our visit, there?s no excuse for the service and disgusting food we received! Read more

My husband and I had a great experience here last night. The food was delicious and our server, Caleb, was awesome. The manager... kept walking around checking on everyone, too, which I appreciated. The only thing that I could point out is that our wings wereroom temp and could have been hotter. They were tasty but could have been warmer! Keep up the good work. We will be back. Read more

Went for the first time ever for my Birthday lunch and it was great! The brisket was juicy and tender! Bread pudding was soft... and moist. Only thing we didn't like was the chocolate peanut butter Brownie because it was too hard but we Will have to comeback soon. Read more

The food was tasty. Portions are normal and depending on what you get the price ranges from $12.00 to over $20.00. That does... not include drinks. We ordered burnt ends with a cornbread waffle and a purple pea succotash, Mac and cheese with brisket, and abrisket plate with shredded brussel sprouts and loaded mash potatoes. For dessert we tried a peanut butter and chocolate browniethat was a bit on the hard side, a pecan cobbler and bread pudding. The brisket was tender and fell apart. We also ordered wingsfor an appetizer. They were nicely seasoned. I think this restaurant is worth a try for those who enjoy meat dishes andbarbecue. Read more

The food was great. My food came out cold which is the only reason I didn't give five stars. Once reheated it was outstanding!... I'll give another visit in the future as it seems this mishap may have been from a shortage in staff. I had the cheese grits andbrisket, Yummy! I'll be back for sure. Read more

Great, delicious and tender Brisket! The generous portion of sides were enough for 2 people. My cocktail was Tennessee Honey.... Dessert (Pecan Cobbler) topped the meal...I'll be back! Read more

Wow!!! We stopped in Memphis while traveling through and found this gem, so glad we did. Probably the only complaint I have is... there are no large booths! The food was amazing! We had the brisket nachos, brisket stew, Ceasar and house salads, Mac andcheese and the bread pudding. All which were great! Our server Desiree, I apologize if I spelled her name wrong, She wasamazing. We had 4 starving children with us and she was very patient, kind and so pleasant! Will definitely be back when ever inthe area again. Read more

Enjoyed my first experience at this location. Stopped by while I was in the area. The waitress was very sweet. Food and drink... orders came out quick. Everything was delicious! Not too crowded on a Saturday. Would definitely try this place again. Read more
