Besides Jr. Fish & Chicken Wendy?s on Frayser Blvd is the best too. Ordered #3 and I understand short staffing and holds. I... liked the fact that I had good customer service on 5/27/2022 during my lunch time. I loved how I was greeted upon paying andreceiving my food. I felt the energy when one employee said ?Have a nice day Fam? I immediately felt that and took it to heartas motivation because it was motivation to lead me to my next journey in my career and to choose happiness ???? I would put negative if it was a option, just left there 20 minutes ago and not one single thing was correct on my order. It... really probably help if the person on drive thru would put the cell phone down and also stop being rude. She cut me off severaltimes saying pull up. I keep saying I not finished. I manage a restaurant and to have cell phones out in front of customers isunexceptionable and the reason our orders are always wrong. We were way over charged and everything was wrong. I made it a pointto say I am highly illergic to onions yet I had onions. But I also didn't get the burger either, I got well I don't know what itis. It's hard and looks old and nasty. Sure isn't hamburger meat. My girl got bacon jr's and we order Jr cheese. Guess I shouldbe happy that for the first time in forever at the new store, the frosty machine wasn't broke. Wow the frosty machines there aregarbage, always broken, expecially when you are 4 hours or less to closing. They are nevering working in the evening time. Alsoseems the guarantee on the fry box is misprinted. Should say guarantee cold and soggy. Never hit and crispy. Totally ridiculoushow bad the service and the food is. I tried calling several times but like the other times no one ever answe. Customer servicein not just Wendy's but everywhere in America seems to not exist anymore. No one takes pride or cares about there jobperformance or anything. Sadly it's management also, as long as they have a warm body there and they don't have to put in anyextra time. Just so very sad, not just Wendy's but the entire country has become lazy and thinks they are owed everything and itshould come free and without effort. Thats the working people, the rest collect from the government and don't even bother tohave jobs, what the government and churches don't give them they steal. Read more

I am very disgusted and disappointed!! I did an online order at 9:50. I parked in the mobile car spot. Arrived at 10:11. No one... came out with four went inside at 10:35. Food still not ready. By this time 10 cars went by in the drive through. Went inside totell them about my order which was not ready nor prepared . On April 30th, 2022 I observed the preparer/ food maker pulling upon his pants while fixing sandwiches not once changed gloves. Then a young lady gave the same guy a blue cell phone and hegrabbed it and put it in his pocket while wearing the same gloves he was preparing food with, DISGUSTING!! He kept tugging onhis clothes. Went in the back and I never seen no one change gloves while going to the back getting things. No one had onhairnets so no telling what's in the food. I kept hearing the my 4 biscuit was ready and no on seemed to care to take them out!The whole time I'm hoping they don't give me hard biscuits!! Then I notice the preparer finally change one glove at 10:45, thenhe asked the lady did she make my maple bacon sandwich and she said no!! At this point I just wanted a refund but my kids beenwaiting already almost a hour for food Tf!! Finally got my food at 10:57 WoW! I watched everyone getting their food andserviced. I would never do mobile order again! My first time doing one and I will never! I guess for now on I will cook at home,came here because my kids wanted some different.
