Stopped here Saturday night and I cancelled my order at the drive thru speaker because the young lady was RUDE, AND HER TONE AND... DELIVERY WAS AWFUL. GET SOME EMPLOYEES THAT WANTS TO WORK AND HAVE GREAT INTERPERSONAL/COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Read more
First time I have had a problem at this location.i ordered my double stack with the burger build which will include everything... on it.. I received a burger mustered ketchup and pickle only.. the restaurant was dead so I went back to the counter to have thetoppings added on.. the young burger flipping employee loudly started to yell Ma'am... ma'am.. and flips his register screenaround to show me the toppings that normally come with the double stack. I explained that yes I did order it special and wouldjust like the rest of the toppings. Then he proceeded to ask me what toppings I was missing exactly.. he was hostile and rude soI decided to leave this review.. the.... after I was completely finished with my meal the kid comes.from the back and starts tooffer to remake the messed up sandwich. This is the worse Wendy's I've ever been to. Maybe the worse fast-food experience I've ever had. Service is absolutely horrible.... At least the food is decent. Not worth it at all tho. I attempted to give it a second chance and waited in line for 15 minutesjust to be told that they weren't taking orders for another 10 minutes. PLEASE SKIP THIS ESTABLISHMENT Read more
Most days there service is great. The food is good and well prepared, but I mist say the French toast sticks are disgusting.... Everything else is good. Read more
