The restaurant was very dirty. The tables weren't wiped, one even had a half-dead fly lying upside down and wiggling its legs.... There was a large liquid spill on the floor, and the drink counter was sticky and had trash on it. The men's bathroom was alsodirty and had no toilet paper. As far as the food goes, I ordered a burger and they gave me a chicken sandwich. Overall thiswas one of the worst Wendy's I've been to, definitely wouldn't recommend in its current state. Read more
Every time I visit this location they have the doors locked. ALL DAY! And always have the same excuse that their short staffed.... And that's not ok. Because the line be too long and the fries are always cold. So it's a no go for me. And the manager. Ontoday, Aug 28,2022 I went inside. And although they weren't busy inside the establishment was dirty. Flies on the ceiling, wallsand floor. It was mostly men in there working along side 1 female manager. She's a great leader but a she could have used acleaner builder and employees that gave AF. My family and I decided to try this Wendy?s again after being disappointed several times prior to its updated remodel. Not only... were 6 plus employees so focused on the drive through. One of the employees took it upon himself to heavily spray chemicalsaround food. This is so unsanitary. The strength of the chemicals were on of the main reasons my family and I decided to departfrom the establishment. Another reason was due to the employees lack of customer service. No one greeted our family. Even whenmy husband attempted to get someone?s attention to ask about the heavily sprayed chemicals. No one ever acknowledged us. Thisexperience was totally unprofessional and dissatisfying. I do hope this behavior changes this Wendy?s have great potential. Ibelieve due to it been in a fairly nice, and busy community. Read more
