The tall man looking woman with the small fro is very rude and has bad customer service.She really hate her job and if so she... look for another job because that?s the job you choose so it needs to be done in a professional manner. The fact that I paidwith cash and she pocketed it and claim she could not give me a receipt. I literally saw her do it. Also this location do nothonor the Wendy?s reward app so what?s the point of going here. Also, they don?t even mix the Dave?s lemonade correctly theyjust give you anything. Terrible customer service the morning of 11-9-22. No one ever came to the speaker; there was no sign posted to notify customers... that they weren?t operable though they were opened w/employees present! It was very inconsiderate & unprofessional! Aftersitting for a min, I guess we were so to just figure it out. I will not be returning to this Wendy?s though it?s closest to myhouse! Upmost ridiculous! Read more

Whoever started taking my order was rude. I think the manager finished taking it. I asked a question and was rudely directed to... the menu when it would have been faster to just answer the question. Whoever finished taking the order was polite. My saucewasn't in the bag and my burger & bread were cold. The drink was flat too. Read more

Worst Service Ever! The short hair older lady was rude from the speaker before she could even see my face. Then once we made it... to the window she ignored us and closed the window on us. Even when I blowed my horn she still ignored us. And that?s probablywhy she?s working for Wendy?s at 40+ years old! Do better! Service was fast but staff was very rude and the worst part about it is it was the manager that was being rude when she was... taking my order. I can only imagine what the rest of the staff is like if this is the kind of person you have training yourpeople. If she's confident enough to be this rude to customers there's no reason her staff under her wouldn't be the same way.This is not how customer service should be. You cannot have a customer service job where you have to talk to customers all dayif you're going to be rude to them all day. I asked for her name and she told me it was tina. She was upset with me becausewhile I was trying to order I was modifying the sandwich that I wanted and she did not like that and kept trying to talk over meand rush me through my order because she didn't want to listen to the way I wanted my sandwich. I told her she was being veryrude and she told me to just drive around because she wasn't trying to deal with me because they had a line I literally took 2minutes to place my order and it would have taken less than that had she just let me make my order instead of continuallyinterrupting me and trying to get me to have it her way instead of my way. Wasn't a long wait, cashier was nice but my bacon cheeseburger didn't have bacon on it and the meat was cold. Had to go back to... get it corrected. Cashier gave me fresh french fries with it so I'm still giving them 4 stars. It's really a good thing whenthey don't treat you like YOU messed up the order! Read more

I asked for spicy nuggets and got plain and they had to enough TIME to get me what I asked for because they were only doing one... car at a time and they made us pull forward also they didn?t even tell us our total at the speaker she just said ok pullforward. And the cashier literally asked is that it after every item we asked for. Very very Poor Customer Service Read more
