Just placed an order on doordash, pretzel bacon pub double combo , the spicy chicken sandwich version of the pretzel pub... sandwich, and within a few minutes was called by my dasher to be told Wendy's was only serving burgers, & drinks so yourtelling me a sandwich joint actually ran out of fries, and the chicken breast for there chicken sandwiches, I paid $31.00 tohave 1/8 of my meal to be brought to me. I sent my daughter to Wendy's at 6260 Winchester Rd. Memphis, TN 38115 She order nine 4 for $4 and the rudest person ever... preceeded to tell to say they did not have no 4 for $4 but the had a 5 for $. She said it's still on the menu. His reply washe don't care what's on the menu he don't have no 4 for $. If Wendy's has a five for five. Do the same items come in the 4 for$4 only less nu of them???? Read more
I use to love going to the Wendy's on Winchester no matter what time of day. The day shift still does a wonderful job but this... night crew. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM SHOULD BE FIRED!!!... If my order is wrong or old and if you try to correct them it's aproblem. I ordered order a large meal and you would've thought I got a small. Half of my fries were messing. Just poor customerservice all the way around. I understand it's hard to find workers, but you should still hire ppl who value the company and theyjob. Read more
