The only reason they get this one star is because I can't give a zero. Nothing has changed slow service and horrible, cold food... and as long as it took you would have thought the food would be piping hot. The worker at the register needs plenty of customerservice training. Read more
Staff very friendly building was clean and service was great. Got my food any coffee quickly and food was hot and fresh.
The drive through system was down so you had to go inside, but they made it happen with hustle. Everyone that checked their... order left out including me. That tells me all the orders were right. Keep up the great job. Read more
This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been, did shopping at the Walmart next door with wife and kids and said let's go to the... Wendy's and get some lunch, big mistake. Went into the place and it looked and smelled horrible. The floors and tables lookedlike they had not been cleaned for a very long time, figured we would get it to go and eat in the car, since we were alreadythere. Waited for someone to take the order and after a couple minutes it looked like they did not care about the people whoactually came in instead of the drive thru. I would give this visit 1 star because the food was cold! They also forgot parts of my order and when I went back they wanted... to back up to the first window. I would not because I wasn't ordering! I got my order and it was correct and hot. I was in shock, and the allowed my meal to get cold. Stop trying to be overachievers,... Wendy's. Just serve me cold food, and no surprises so I end up staring at a hot chicken nugget with no concept of how to consumeit while it's in a unique state of "served properly". Sheesh. Slackers. Read more
