I came to Wendy's and I literally sat at the speaker box from 6:48pm to 7:16pm. The light skinned Lady with the pinkish red... hair. When I pulled around was just standing there with her back to the window. They never acknowledged me at the speaker box.There were no cars in front of me. And the cars behind me pulled off. Read more
Not tryna be creepy. 4 outta 4 are all alike but i only took a pic of one. Just not digging that they come in contact with... thousands of other people, but don't wanna wear mask... in Shelby county... At the most frequented Mall in Memphis... A citywhere the delta covid varient is spreading so bad... Look to there left and to their right, every other food service and reallyevery, single vender in the mall is masked up. Not wendys... The customer service is horrible. The left out one of our burgers so my husband went back to the counter and they were actually... like he was a lying. The burger they left out was a jr burger. The only thing that was on it was ketchup. Their attitude washorrible. Read more
I made the mistake of visiting this Wendy's tonight on New year's Eve. There was two people ahead of me in line so it's not like... they were busy. My order was taken by the depressed sounding girl on the speaker and she read it back simple and easy orderbaconator with mustard only. She read it back after I said it twice. I was told to pull forward sat there for over 5 minutes,no food was brought out so I walked to the window and told him I wanted a refund at that time I was handed my food. I was notgiving a receipt otherwise I would be doing a survey too to tell you all how poorly you did tonight. I'm staying in a hotelnearby so it's not like I could make my own food. I ordered a baconator with only mustard because I'm allergic to eggs andtomatoes which are in ketchup and mayo. I get back to my room and I have a nasty thrown together burger that has mayo, ketchup,and mustard on top of it! How disgusting can you be? I called the store three times and you all refuse to answer to takeresponsibility so here I am. Clearly all things crew needs to go home because even flipping burgers and fries is too complicatedfor them. Read more
I came up and politely asked for fresh nuggets after watching the cashier drop a new bag in the fryer. After patiently waiting... on them, I watched her tell the manager about my request who then rolled her eyes and purposely gave me old food. Read more
So the wife and kids wanted frosties and we stopped in real fast to get lunch and get the frosties. Service was good and we got... our food quickly but the hamburgers are still taste flat and boring. Tofu has more flavor.at least the fries and frosties weregood. Read more
I very seldom give a one star rating. In this instance, I waited about 15 minutes in line to order my food. This was around 5:40... PM, 20 minutes before closing. I finally get to the register to place my order, the woman behind the counter said they were outof hamburger meat and they turn the Wendy's and menu signs off. I'm thinking this is Wendy's, no hamburger meat, right. After Ileave, they continue helping other people. Doubt me Wendy's owner, review your survalance cameras. This on Memorial day weekendand I'm a 20 year naval veteran. Read more
Store is nasty. Waited 30 minutes for food. Unorganized staff. Worst wendys we have been too.
