They have roaches, they make sandwiches with their bare hands, drive thru is slow, workers along side their G.M are very rude,... the other manager, Jimmy Osby is also rude and he and his G.M stay arguing with customers and they can never get an order right.They are nasty just like their attitudes. This has been the scene for the past 30 minutes!! I guess it?s one order at a time and no one can order until the car at the... window gets their food and then they take another order! Then I was thinking well maybe it?s one person doing it all?ha it wasliterally 4 people at the window that I could see. Never again unless it?s nobody on the lot. I wish I can give them negative stars for their negative attitudes. I tried my best not to leave a review but I am FED UP with... this location. I often visit this location because it's right next to where I live. I absolutely hate it. It's always somebodynew with a new attitude. My order is never correct. I think it's because before you can even finish ordering your food, they hityou with "ok pull forward". And will "ok pull forward" you about 5 times before making sure your order is correct. I even had alady (mid order) get on the speaker and say "whewww Lord today is not my day". Like I understand ma'am, but that's completelyunprofessional! Customer service should be properly trained to each employee before being allowed to work. Oh and let me not addhow many hours out the day their lobby is closed (sarcastically stating).
