I really hate this Wendy?s. Not only was I excited to eat this mess but when I arrive the young lady had a nasty attitude taking... my order! Get to the window and my order is completely wrong!!!!!! Get all the way home and the food is cold & old!!! I thencall Wendy?s to complain about this mess and Ms. Xaizer Collwell wanted to argue with me over the phone after I explained to herI wasn?t going to ride around with Stanky food she throw the phone down and continued to call me out my name and disrespect mebecause of wendys poor customer service! I had 2 separate orders, and both were messed up. I had a Biggie Bag- JBCB with no bacon and my nuggets were cold. The second... order was a Caesar salad, and it had cold chicken and old lettuce. I usually don't have any complaints with place. However,today was not there day. Read more
The manager was very rude!! Was traveling from out of town and stopped here. Waited a long time for our food, for them to forget... some and what we did have was old, hard, and cold. When I visit this Wendy's it was like I wasn't even standing there nobody approached the counter to take my order but everybody... is talking to each other like I'm not standing at the counter now one thing bout me if you ask me I'm gone answer google ask howwas my service so I'm here to give a answer it shouldnt took 25 minutes to take my order after I have approach the counterwaiting for service.
