The drive -thru was around the building, and I went inside to wait 20 minutes for someone to not only acknowledge me at the... counter but take my order I was disappointed. They didn't care about the line that was building inside, only the drive -thru.The guy from the grill had to come and take my order. By far the worst Wendy?s ever!!!! Please just close this one down. It?s never a great experience here! Several times I had... lackluster customer service and communication when placing or receiving an order. Sometimes people take your order at the drivethrough and sometimes they simply never acknowledge you are there! I sat in line for 10 mins straight and no one acknowledgedme, until I said Hello. Then, I sat another 5-10 mins before I decided to leave. I?m not sure why I let this Wendy?s upset me orwhy I want to spend my hard earned money with them! They do this all the time. Either they don?t acknowledge you or the order isallllll screwed up! Just do everyone a fair and close down. Sat in the drive through for approximately 10 minutes with no response. No one in the window. I parked and went inside. Didn?t... see anyone at the counter at all. 5 minutes later someone walked out from the kitchen and stated ?we don?t take orders from theinside?. I explained how long I waited in the line and multiple cars waiting ahead of me, pulling off after being ignored. Thewoman just looked at me. I asked ?so you?re closed without being closed?? Worse experience, fries cold, drink was wrong, burger was wrong I ordered onions on it and a tomato was SUPPOSE to come on it... anyway. She gets mad at because they kept making mistakes. Why every time I come to Memphis this Wendy?s is HORRIBLE? The women or girls inside came on the mic laughing and talking but... never answered us when we tired to order. Today is Dec 2 @ 8:39pm. To the Franchise owner: you just need to shut down thislocation down and cut your loses.
